Donations and Memberships
In the face of increasing pressures on vulnerable ecosystems, the Haliburton Highlands Land Trust was formed in 2005 to assist with the conservation of our cultural and natural heritage lands. Here are some of the ways you can help:

Membership
By becoming a member, you take a direct role in protecting the natural heritage of our community. Your membership fees and donations make the Land Trust’s work possible. As a member, you receive regular updates on our projects and have the opportunity to elect, or serve on, our Board. Please look under Forms on this page for your Membership/Donation form.
Donations
You may make a regular donation, honour the loss of a loved one, or celebrate a special occasion such as a birthday, anniversary or retirement with a gift to the Land Trust. Please look under Forms on this page for the appropriate form.
Volunteer
As a volunteer, you can play a hands-on role in a wide range of projects - visiting properties as part of a team, building community support and educating others about conserving our lands.
Tax Benefits
Your membership or gift is treated as a charitable donation for tax purposes. Charitable Donation Number 85200 4233 RR0001
