HHLT Trails Update – Dahl Forest Re-Opened, Barnum Creek Nature Reserve Work Continues Towards Opening

Dahl Forest trails are open for walking only. No picnics or gatherings. Please use caution if walking on our trails.

Please follow the Public Health directives about physical distancing and the following protocols.

  1. If you come by car, please park a few metres away from other cars so you can maintain a physical distance.
  2. Keep a two metre distance between yourself and any other visitors.
  3. Please do not come in a group (except for people with whom you are living). Please model physical distancing with these people as well.
  4. Keep your dog on a leash so your dog does not have contact with other visitors.
  5. Don’t touch your face and wash your hands when you get home.

Barnum Creek Nature Reserve is not yet open to the public.  HHLT is still working on trails and mapping……….  Check back for updates.

Please contact us at admin@haliburtonlandtrust.ca if you have any questions.
